Rye Playland kicks off opening weekend with a Special Friday Evening offering $15 Admission for everyone. With entertainment crawling all over the stage, you and your will family will never get bored!

The Lower East Side Festival of Arts returns for it's 19th year, ensuring that all New Yorkers have the opportunity to see the talents of the city's best new artists and returning favorites.

2014 marks the sixth year that Good Morning America is hosting its Summer Concert Series. All concerts are free, open to the public and take place Fridays from 7 – 9AM. This weekend Lady Antebellum, a contemporary country musician will be hitting the stage. With her trio’s rich harmonies and amazing stage presence this is not a concert you want to miss over sleep!

New York City honors lost loved ones this Memorial Day weekend with parades in several boroughs. The Little Neck-Douglaston parade in Queens is the largest and starts at Northern Boulevard and Alameda Avenue. Or join the Brooklyn’s Memorial Day Parade lead by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Parade kicks off at 11 AM on 87th Street and Third Ave goes over to John Paul Jones Park, for a memorial service that includes a Flag Raising, Playing of Taps and a 21 gun-salute by Soldiers from the US Army Fort Hamilton Garrison.

Join the two-mile Memorial Walk Tour through Central Park this weekend and see how the park remembers the veterans.

The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum hosts its annual Memorial Day commemoration ceremony in honor of the men and women who died serving the United States. The ceremony will include the unfurling of a 100-foot American flag,  a three-volley rifle salute and the playing of Echo Taps.
