Our Resolutions!

GoGreenRide, the personal touch that is absent in transportation, enters 2014 strongly and is ready to tackle another year! This year we have five resolutions to make sure that GoGreenRide is always your number one choice. Each one resonates our core values and pillars of superior service.

1.   Reliability - Riding with GoGreenRide means knowing you'll get where you're going, on time without worry. This year we want to continue providing our members with the best means of transportation by increasing our fleet size to rapidly serve you.
2.   We also want to continue ensuring that our members are satisfied with our customer service. We highly depend on your feedback, through our periodic surveys and via cs@gogreenride.com, to ensure that each ride starts and ends with a smile! We also want to ensure that our members receive the same quality each time they ride with us, whether they book a ride from their house on the weekend, or an early morning ride from their office to a client meeting. By training our drivers on various topics, we strive to provide the highest level of customer service.
3.   At GoGreenRide, we value affordability. Therefore, this year will continue to offer top of the line amenities and the luxury aspect from the black car service, but at pricing on par with a yellow cab.
4.   GoGreenRide is committed to environmental responsibility and we know our customers value that highly. Our GoGreenRide cars only produce a fraction of the carbon emissions of most car service vehicles. This year we look forward to continuing our commitment to the environment by remaining carbon neutral with our partner, Carbon Neutral. We are also looking to develop key relationships with more companies that align with our values.

5.   Last but not least, we would like to continue sharing the GoGreenRide experience with our members and many more. We want everyone to be able to GoGreenRide and we look forward to making new memories with our founding members and future members.
We look forward to riding with you this 2014!

Five Ingredients to a Successful New Year!

1. Choosing Realistic Goals

One of the biggest problems in keeping a resolution is that we simply aim too high. Therefore, for best results we should break down goals into smaller and simpler tasks. Small goals can make big changes because they are realistic. Setting a goal of completely changing your life or your career is too broad, however, trying to lose a few pounds or taking professional development courses are achievable and easier to measure.

2. Create a Schedule
Saying you'll lose weight isn't good enough but developing a weight loss plan can be. By creating specific schedule for yourself you can assign a specific task that will help you take on your goal and if you ever feel your schedule isn't working don't be afraid to change it.

3. Get ready for Setbacks
Pursuing your goal will take time and there might be a few setbacks along the way, but preparing for the unexpected will give you the upper hand when those setbacks come your way.

4. Don't do it alone
Whether with a co-worker or a friend, everyone can always use a little bit of motivation and working in groups can provide just that.

5. Ask for help
Seek advice from someone who had a similar goal like yours and achieved it. Asking for help only shows how serious you are about keeping the resolution! With these few tips, your goals can and will be reached this year!
